The managing team who founded SCPS (Société de Conseil et de Prospective Scientifique) in 1993 and manages the company, is made up of a group of PhD and electrochemist engineers having more than 35 years of experience.

During their career, they worked in the field of applied electrochemistry and successfully developed several processes and products from the lab to the industry such as organics synthetized by electrochemistry, components of batteries (metallic foams) and alkaline batteries.

Thanks to self-funded programmes, SCPS develops new technologies in the field of batteries with the aim of valorize patents and know-how through technology transfer to industrial and financial partners.

The development of a low cost process for manufacturing metallic foams and a new nickel-zinc battery are the main achievements of the company presently.
